If Your Solar Lamp Doesn't Automatically Turn On At Dusk, Check A Few Things:
1. Make Sure The Switch Is On
2. Ensure Sufficient Power In The Battery:
A. Check The Position Of The Solar Lamp So That The Solar Panel Can Absorb Direct Light.
